What: Listen to Your Heart is a documentary that sheds light on the complex issues surrounding lifelong care for millions of pediatric and adults living with Congenital Heart Disease.

The film exposes the global epidemic problem of Transition of Care or the time period when a pediatric heart patient fails to transition to an adult congenital heart
specialist for ongoing specialized healthcare. The storytelling within the film showcases the mental and physical issues that many clinical experts in the field are advocating for all CHD patients.
