Every year, this event is a day filled with smiles, laughter, and fall fun for our CHD families—and we can’t wait to do it all again. From hayrides through the sunflower fields and pumpkin picking to the corn maze and scavenger hunt, there’s something magical for everyone to enjoy.
Families can look forward to cozy fall treats with free coffee, hot chocolate, and donuts, plus the chance to take home a pumpkin and sunflower as a memory of the day.
Fall Fest is more than just a fun outing—it’s a celebration of joy, connection, and the incredible strength of our heart community. We’d love for you to join us for this heartwarming tradition.
