This is a very powerful, educational, and moving story. The producer, Mike Katchman, his wife, and their son, Zach, were among the very first members who joined the TriHealth Fitness and Health Pavilion 25 years ago. We have remained friends all these years and I witnessed Zack and Mike together working out religiously for many years while they were in town. I believe one of the most important messages in this is not just for folks with heart disease but for all of us to see the importance of preventive care and taking charge of our lives. I hope by sharing this that it may reach someone who is looking for that transitional care, especially in the field of mental health which is encouraged in this production... These featured young adults are truly inspirational.
